Thanks for participating in the September Stamp Race! This month, I am hosting a Spooktastic Igloo Contest!

All you have to do is decorate your igloo in a spooky theme by the 27th of October at 08:00GMT and private message me your Igloo Design (as a picture). Your igloo will be rated on how spooky it is, how creative it is and how co-ordinated your design is. It is reccomended that you do not have your entry set as your Igloo to prevent other users copying your design.

The winner will be announced at the Official TNCPCP Halloween Party on the 27th of October (details are on the Official TNCPCP Parties Thread - it's a global announcement.

Do not post your Igloo Design on this thread or your entry will be denied automatically and removed. Members, including Staff Members, are permitted to enter one (1) entry per account. The judges' decisions are final. Your entry will be denied if your picture is illegible. Entries private messaged after the 29th of October 2012 at 08:00GMT will be denied. Do not Private Message your entry to any user other than Sindar Toffe. Do not add any Foul Language on your entry or your entry will be automatically denied and action may be taken against your account. By entering this contest, you accept that your Site Points can take up to one (1) month to arrive, unless technical issues regarding the operation of The New Club Penguin CP Forums render this impossible. If this is the case, you accept that your Site Points may take an unlimited amount of time to arrive.

The deadline has been changed to the 27th of October. The winner will be announced at the Official TNCPCP Halloween Party 2012! If you're there and you're the winner, it will be much nicer than a post!

This Thread will be locked at 09:30GMT instead of 08:00GMT to show the Contest has closed. The thread will be unlocked when the Winner has been decided and the Winner is awaiting announcement at the Party.

Great, I'm entering for sure, although I need to wait for hall'ween stuff to come out... My igloo's design isn't really creepy, so I guess I gotta change it too.

The new Better Igloos catalogue is out today! Hopefully I'll see some entries soon I wonder what I'll see. a haunted house? a evil villain's cave? a ghost's hideout?
