Could Operation Blackout start in November?

In the latest issue of Club Penguin Magazine, in the 'Next Time...' section it says: "Watch out Club Penguin... Herbert is on the loose!" I think this means that Operation Blackout could begin next month. What do you think?

Oh well. Strange how Club Penguin didn't post that on the blog, not everyone uses Twitter. I think it's still a good observation though

Yeah , it will probably start on november. Thats why they're posting all these sneak peeks and stuff. Cant wait for it to come, although I do wish they would bring back the old PSA missions.

I think it's because Club Penguin sees an enormous marketing opportunity on Twitter - they already have a 'Verified by Twitter' account. The initial thing was hinted on by @ClubHerbert, but I imagine CP will post about it as we get nearer to the time.

Yeah. Hopefully Operation: Blackout will be just as good, or even better, than the PSA missions.
