New Story...

This is a new story I've been working on, and I want to share the 3rd Chapter. It has language, but censored. It's just a part, enjoy.

Chapter 3

I woke up, not knowing what to expect. I opened my eyes a bit to see that my sister was gone. "Huh, must have gone with Mom to the mall", I thought. I went back to sleep, not knowing what would come next. My room was hot, burning in heat. I thought my sister turned on the heater to wake me up, as she usually does. "Turn off the... the heat...". Still a little drowsy from sleep, I began to rise from my deep sleep. I looked around me. Fire. It was fire that heated the room. Due to my brain effect, I wasn't sure what to do next. Sitting in my bed, I jolted when a wooden plank feel from the ceiling. I then snapped back. I ran towards the window, knowing the hallway would be pure He#l. It was a 2 story drop, about 20 feet. I stood there for 1, 10 maybe even 30 minutes looking out the window, not knowing whether to jump or not. I heard a scream. My brain effect disappeared and I, unknowingly, jumped. I landed in the backyard, dragged my self about 3 feet from the base of the house, maybe a little further. I looked at the house. I stayed there for what seemed like centuries, dazed from the pain of the jump. Finally, my house collapsed. I forgot what had happened for a while. I forgot that I lived with people. I forgot about.....my family
