Technology: New Mac Pro + new OS X

If you're interested in technology, like I am, you may have watched WWDC this year, which is basically when Apple announces and releases all the cool stuff it's planning on making/already has made throughout the course of the coming few years.

Well, this year, they unveiled this new Mac Pro thing. Personally, I think it looks a bit TOO futuristic. I mean, they squished an entire computer into a cylindrical object with dozens of air vents because of how close the equipment is together. They also announced this really snazzy new Mac OS X thing called OS X Mavericks, which I think looks cool.

So, do you think it's all a bit too over the top? Are you excited for when these things launch? Or do you not really care because you aren't interested in all of this?

The Mac Pro creeps me out. I'm just aftraid of it. A computer squished into a tube is just creepy...

I do think OS X Mavericks is amazing though. If I get a new computer (Which I doubt), because my laptop is already crashing, I'll get it for 101%!

I am so not getting the Mac Pro though.

1) I know, right! It makes me wonder where computers will eventually end up. 

2) Same! I love Mavericks. It looks simply epic. Well, everything they show at WWDC looks epic. The executives are practically trained for this sort of thing.

3) Yeah, me too. I probably couldn't afford it anyway - it's something like £2,000, not including keyboard, mouse, screen, as well as tax, insurance and any paid software and apps you want to put on it. Sometimes I wonder what they even DO with that money.  \

Apple keeps stealing products off other companies.

The 'Tube PC' existed in 2004, made by a technician at EA. (He also put the idea in the Sims 2 ^.^)

I think this new Mac will be powerhouse.. but with some things that are too much for a desktop pc.

The Mac Pro will have a Intel E5.. those processors are mainly found in servers, to run large networks and such.. not Safari watching youtube.

It looks ugly..

Really, if you are going to buy a desktop, Get one less than $2000 USD with an Intel i7-4770K and a GTX 780. 

Mac is a rip off to be honest.
