I'm only reposting this because I found it buried under all the spam in CPCP
Here are PHP tracker files, list of modifications that make it actually work below:
note: this is for windows too, make a webserver

Is PHP your speciality? I know some basic programming too, although I specialize more in cracking. Anyway, nice guide.
