How long do you think Club Penguin will last for?

I think it will probably keep going until around 2016, but it could close before considering how much Disney are 'milking' the game until there is no more money left.

Probably up to 2017, and maybe even longer. Disney is making enough cash out of it and I don't see the reason they would close it earlier than that. But as you said, when they're done "milking" the game, they're probably gonna shut it down...

I'm just glad Disney hasn't bought and ruined other good games, like RuneScape

Disney will never be able to buy Jagex.. Too expensive.. wrong age group too, and they are already partly owned by another company.. so no worries there!

@King Kane - I doubt that the game will last that long.

After Toontown's sudden closure, who knows? I think it's a possibility that the game will go down the drain in the next few years, like Toontown, it depends if the people who ruined Toontown come to Club Penguin, really.

I know too, just saying.  Could be a probability!

Toontown was great- until Disney stopped milking it in about '08 (from then till now) you barely see any TOontown ads) .

I think CP might last until Disney creates a new game, better than CP.

2017 would be my guess. Not many games pass the 10 year mark.

But we can always be optimistic, and I hope that one day CP will even run on the holographic video consoles that everyone's great-great-grandchildren will have!

12 years? I'm not sure; we'll have to see if Disney can stop the gameplay from becoming stale.
  That would be nice, but considering that Disney hasn't bothered to try to keep a game open which has Mickey Mouse, it seems unlikely

Well: I was counting it from the time when Disney bought the game, so ten.

As for TT, maybe not - the petition could work...?
