Penguin Express Headers

As you all know, I am starting an unofficial community newsletter. I am having a contest, and you have to create a header for the paper. The winning header will get 30SPs. It must be nice, and you must submit it by Tuesday, 25th September 2012, 4pm SST. It also must state Penguin Express in full caps, and below it in small font "TNCPCPF's Unofficial Community Newsletter"
Ccpenguin8 and JackPirate45 will be the judges, and will pick the best (number/10)

Oh good you got my header! Also, did the whole thing show up in the pm? I had a penguin at the end but it wont show up for some reason. If you want I can resize it!

EDIT: It shrank it again, but I used the right size. Do you guys know how to fix this? I made it 800px wide but it still wont work
