If I host an Unofficial Party... What topic should it be?

Let me explain my vote:

CPF Multicultural Day - I ruled that out because some people may not wish to reveal their cultures and penguins don't really have cultures anyway.

Fourth of July - I ruled that out because it's too American-focused, and there are lots of other nationalities here.  I was also selfish and ruled it out because it would probably conflict with my 13th birthday party.

MU Scare Party - I ruled that out because CP is already hosting an official one, so it's unoriginal and yeah.

Therefore, my vote had to be cast in favour of the Summer Vacation party, by process of elimination.


SERVER: Bobsled. It's my favourite server and easy to find. It gets quite full in peak times, which is good if we want non-CPF people to join in on the fun and learn about the forum, but it also gets quiet and secluded when it isn't peak time which is good if we want a smooth party with little to no interruptions.

DURATION: I'd say 30-45 minutes. Some people here are on a very busy schedule and I for one don't really like staring at my computer screen for hours and hours waiting for the party to end (I tend to be polite and go to parties from start to finish when it comes to these things). That gives us time for 2 or 3 activities/minigames and some time to chat and send postcards to each other etc, without taking too much time.

I would, of course, be happy to provide the thread header via my graphics superstore, and my services as a party planner for you are always available.

I like the idea of a summer party! But If you do have one, can it not be july 4th-july 12th? I will be on vacation then and will have no access to the internet! But if you have to have it then its ok.
