It's time to tell you something.

Some of you might have known that my brother was supposed to be born in the middle of September. If you knew that, you also knew that he has a heart problem. A very serous one, in fact.

Just a day after the 15th, we went to the hospital to meet him. But we were in shock. My parents never told me that it will look this way.

He was isolated in some sort of box, with a load of tubes coming in and out from it. Luke himself was covered in these.


The part that shocked me most, was when I heard the time when he was going to have his first surgery. It was scheduled exactly for the 17th. Yesterday.

Throughout the entire day we were in the hospital, waiting for the results. After 7 hours of waiting, we got to hear that it's over, and everything is fine.

I got to see him only once though. He was in this box again. I never yet got the chance to hold him. Nor did anyone else. Not even my parents.

Now, 2 more open heart surgeries to go, and we'll be all right. See, the last surgery is a surgery that will try making as much of his heart work, as possible. But it will only take place in a few years...
