Unofficial TNCPCPF Newspaper - Coming Soon

I am going to start an UNOFFICIAL Fortnightly Forum Newspaper. (Got Green Light from Maygirl) The newsaper will be posted here every 2 weeks, and positions for the paper are avaliable. It will be in post format.

The newspaper name is undecided, so how about:

TNCPCPF Times
Penguin Express
South Pole City News (based on CP Fanon Wiki)

Suggestions are welcome.

I will also need helpers. These include:

CP Reporter
TNCPCPF Reporter
Jokes, Games, Riddles and Quizzes Person
Advice Person

I can't think of anymore, if you have an idea, post below. Helpers will recieve 100SPs a month. Helpers are expected to follow the rules and use correct grammar and spelling. Otherwise, you risk being fired. Do not try to complain. I know what I am doing and I will treat all helpers the same. (Don't try to take advantage)

Moreover, User Contributions are welcome. Stories, Reviews,Videos, etc. Anything is welcome so long it follows the rules. Please submit to me in PM by 23 September 10am SST (GMT + Eight) or your contribution will not be in the newspaper. Also, anything in your contribution that breaks the rules will not be in the newspaper and I will report it to the mods about this.

I am offering a price of 30SPs for a Header for the Penguin Express. It must be nice, and you must submit it by Tuesday, 25th September 2012, 4pm SST. It also must state Penguin Express in full caps, and below it in small font "TNCPCPF's Unofficial Community Newsletter"

[b]I'm not going to lie. I've been banned 14 times between both forums. 7 of those bans were permabans. The fact I'm still here shows the mods have faith in me. I've had 14 bans over the cause of two whole years. All my bans just show how expierenced I am.
