So, I've made my signature at profile>signature but it wont show when i post something! Also, i'd like to know how to add a picture on my Signature. ( I think its by code, but I haven't tried it yet )

You have to buy signature permissions in the shop.

You don't have to pay money. Just SPs. And no, it definitely shouldn't be free for everyone. We charge SPs for permissions because it encourages people to post to earn the SPs.
