*In the case of the award for 2013 Best Penguin and Graphics Designer, there was a tie. Therefore, with the help of our forum AI (Forumbot) and RANDOM.ORG, we were able to enter the list of nominees for those awards into a special database computer, which randomised them into number order. The username which appeared in the first position on the list was then accepted as the winner by process of elimination. After we had chosen a winner in those categories, we did retry the randomiser several times afterwards to ensure that the system had not been rigged.

N.B: The decision of the organisers of the contest (Ccpenguin8 - on behalf of the CPF staff) is FINAL. If you feel that one of the nominees have cheated or that the poll was unfair, please PM Ccpenguin8 and a re-count or re-poll (depending on the circumstances) will take place.
