Forum improvements

The fisrt thing i'd like to suggest is to make a Trash Box where every closed or pointless topic will be moved so the forum will be crear while browsing.
The Trash Box have to be closed so none can post in it.

And i think Rules & Announcements section have to be only for staff members and not for normal users who can currently post in this section.

If i find something else that i think is in need of fix ill contact back.

We do currently have a Rule Breaking Archive, similar to a Trash Bin. Until topics are moved there, we leave them locked. At the moment, any user created threads in R & A are deleted unless they are relevant to staff announcements.
