My Penguin
My Penguin looks awesome
It's launching on the 9th of May, unfortunately I won't be able to get it because I don't own an iPad.
I hope, one day, we might be able to play the whole game from the app, instead of just a few games. (I know this is possible in some browsers with Flash but it would be nice to have a dedicated app)

Re: My Penguin
Sindar,
I agree that My Penguin is a great app idea, and I'll definitely download it. I'll post some screenshots for you and the other people who don't own an iPad.
In answer to your comment regarding a dedicated CP app, that would be impossible. The people who develop Club Penguin are extremely talented, because the game itself is Flash, but it gets certain variables (such as coin amounts, friends list etc.) from a HTML5 database. Because these variables use HTML5, and Apple is an active supporter of HTML5, Club Penguin is able to add features such as throwing snowballs into My Penguin. However, an app for the entire game wouldn't work because that would also incorporate Flash, and Apple disapprove of Flash and try to ban it from their devices - and it wouldn't look good if a global company such as Disney openly violated Apple's rules.
Best wishes,
Ccpenguin
